Vejay Reddy (VJ) has in-excess of 25 years of industry experience in Problem Solving , of which he was employed with IBM for 17 years, he went onto become IT Director while at the sametime he set his goals to become an entrepreneur. He currently owns and manages a 5 Star Tourism SA Graded Guesthouse in Zimbali Coastal Resort. Of recent he is now a registered Service Provider and Award Centre for The President's Award for Youth Empowerment (www.zimbaliguesthouse.co.za/camp)
He provides workshops at all levels on 'Build the Brain You Want!'
In summary the workshops cover topics of #BS (Brain Stimulation); Brand You, Problem Solving Techniques, PS is a lot of BS, Achieve BIG for M-BS experience.
VJ has an extensive horizontal and vertical technical and business knowledge. He was a certified and licenced global problem solving facilitator with IBM. To receive this accreditation he went through a rigorous training program with Kepner-Tregoe HQ, Princeton, USA. He has facilitated, onsite, analytic troubleshooting and coaching across the globe, the countries include; USA (8 states), UK, 27 countries across Europe, Russia and Africa.

1. "2010 International Rational Process Achievement Award" by Kepner-Tregoe HQ USA. Accredited with this award for his role as Kepner and Tregoe Program Leader in IBM Global reporting to IBM Germany.

10. He developed the Zimbali Virtual Concierge Services Portal. Branded - Everything Zimbali! First Luxury Holiday home in Zimbali to provide Virtual Concierge Services. This service/portal is now provided for usage across Zimbali Coastal Resort.
11. Chairperson of the Letting Committee at Zimbali Coastal Resort. Portfolio includes; Zimbali Hotel, Zimbali Lodge, Zimbali Suites and all Rental Homes in Zimbali.
